We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we want your Little Red shopping experience to be fun and easy.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any regular priced item within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original condition for a full refund.

If you intend to return an item please first send an e-mail to sales@shoplittlered.com containing:

• your name
• the date of your purchase
  
• the item you are returning
• the reason for the return

For your protection, we recommend you return all items using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx and record the tracking number for your reference.  Original shipping charges and cost of return shipping are not included in refund. 

Want to return a gift you received?  Please send us an email with the gift description, and we'll send you a coupon code for the value of the gift to apply toward your next purchase.  Please note, all returned gifts must be received within 14 days of receipt.
